An Instituto Geográfico Nacional aerial-survey camera flying at about 10,000 ft photographed Lake Cote for mapping. One frame shows a disc-like object over the water that the crew never saw; the adjacent frames do not show it.
Explanation
Taken by the government’s Instituto Geográfico Nacional mapping aircraft; the object was not noticed at the time. Analyses have not produced an accepted identification.
