DISPUTED
Students and staff watched a silvery disc descend behind trees into a paddock known as The Grange, then rise and leave while light aircraft circled. Several students said they saw a flattened circle in the grass.

Researchers have proposed a stray HIBAL cosmic-ray research balloon launched from Mildura, trailed by light aircraft.
